We thought that last 8 months has some dark points for those that they weren’t in the middle of this struggle from the beginning,  so we decided to start publishing all information we have by “Untold of refugee movements” to light these dark points of these 8 months. Beside that these series of “Untold of refugee movements” which will clear the position of Organization which tried and trying to stick their name on any independent and self organized action, We are working on writing down all steps of 8 months and we believe that self criticism will bring us an experience for further steps

After we got this email, we tried to call to some of the members of The Caravan because we could see the rout of some members of this Organization in this protocol. We believed that these struggles are struggles of the inside of the Family, and bringing it to the public, will disturb the process of our own empowerment, so we tried to get in political discussions to stop them from inserting their organization”s structure into all sides of this movements (which we tried to stop before)

25.11.2012 Meeting’s protocol.  8 pm Circus tent – Oranienplatz

– Future development of the Campaign related to the Brandeburger Tor Action.

Campaign launched with a strong mobilization from Lagers. Success of the campaign is to have created a long term resistance which echoes in Europe. Social and Refugees movements together against Isolation in Lagers/ Residenzpflicht / Deportations / Police violence. Challenge for the future is to create a form of political organization. The existing organizations and networks as the Caravan had not the capacity of mobilize refugees as the Protest march did.

Understand the story politically is the condition to go forward, learning for the future. It makes no sense to “jump the bodies” of the ones, groups and networks, those are working politically since years.

The Caravan network is inside the very beginning of the Protest march as self-organized network of refugees and migrants, as political community and infrastructures. People understanding themselves as a part of the caravan project, have been mobilizing inside the campaign without any concern of identity. Nevertheless the problem of a supposed attempt to take over the Campaign by the Caravan was used as a pretext by a small group of decision makers to split the movement. They decided unilaterally to leave the Camp without discussion, delegitimated politically the Oranienplatz camp, leading alone the negotiation with the politicians. We are in front of an inner sabotage of the Campaign.

This movement decided not to have leaders, bringing together people of different cultures. Even though there are people who have leaders, the movement create his power from inside. Now this movement is not limited to Refugees. Is an anticapitalist and antifascist movement.

We discussed about the hungerstrike during 5 days. What was the meaning and what could bring. In the initial time had a strong impact but in the long term it made the movement weaker. The hungerstrike was interrupted and restarted. The hungerstrikers couldn’t stand strongly in front of the politicians but the protest is not finished. Need to find new connections. It is a learning process, we are learning from ourselves. We learn also from the sabotage.

Reactions of dissent to this point of view about the recent history. Somebody reaffirm his conviction of the Caravan as an outside influencer of the Campaign.

Focus on solidarity. A three weeks hungerstrike was made in 1999 for the same demands. What does it mean? Has this movement began eight months or 15 years ago? It’s no issue “who is representing the refugees” but “who is representing the demands”. It’s a pity if people is thinking not to join the demands for this or that political subject.

We had hard moments. Many misunderstandings were made on purpose. Some are speaking starting from the interest of the own Community. We have to avoid to create a “enemie’s image”. Transparency and unity needed to make this revolution together.

It makes no sense to speak only of the past, when sabotage or manipulations took place, to accuse them is to make their effect stronger and make obstacles for ourselves going ahead.

The issue is not about excluding or demonize anybody. It’s about to find the political focus. The selforganization of refugees created the present uprising that we are living in the Oranienplatz camp. Hundreds of peoples broke the Residenzpflicht and the German state has to face this situation bringing everybody to trial or abolishing the law. This is changing the law from below, not begging the politicians to do that. There is a difference between selforganization and political advertising. We have the responsability to go on mobilising refugees from lagers and to last in the long term.

Another issue we’ll have to face is the communitarism, the ethno politics, made partially of the inconscious reflex of feeling together with people speaking the same language, but also of the interests of the particular group. The influence of this community logic on the Campaign has to be evaluated.

Again discussion about the division with Brandeburger Tor action. 4 demands or 3 demands? What does the fourth demand mean? Is enough to say there is a political difference? Are some people standing for their own passports? Following rumors is not helping.

What are the demands, and whom are we demanding? To the Bundestag… or to ourselves? The selforganization answers. We ask to abolish the Residenzpflicht to whom? We ask for german courses or we organize them?

No time to discuss the last issue of today: the request of changeover in the group administrating finances of the camp.

پریشب به ایلم زنگ زده بودی و باز هم کوبیدن به کاراوان، باز هم تهدید بیخودی.

نگاه کن، کاراوان همیشه شفاف بود و خواهد بود. تصمیمها مشترک گرفته میشوند.در عمل عقب نمیریم.

در دوسلدورف بهت پیشنهاد کردم، هر انتقادی که داری بنویسی‌ و من ترجمه کرده در اختیار همهٔ دوستها خواهم گذاشت.

در همون دیدار هم بهت گفتم که فرقی بین آراز و کاراوان وجود نداره. زنگ زدن به تک تک دوستها اتحاد در کاراوان را نخواهد شکند. تهدید معنی‌ نداره. اگر انتقاد درست و واقعی داری هر چی‌ مشخصتر بنویس و من در اختیار همه دوستها در کاراوان خواهم گذاشت. بیخودی زنگ نزن، من جواب نخواهم داد.

yesterday night you had called Eylem. Again you smashed the CARAVAN, again you threatened.

Look, the CARAVAN has always been transparent and will be. The decisions are made collectively. In action we do not withdraw.

In Duesseldorf I asked you to write down the critism you have, that I would translate it and share it with all friends.

In that same meeting I told you that there is no difference between Araz and the CARAVAN. Calling single people does not harm the unity within the CARAVAN. Threats do not mean anything. If you have a proper and real critic. Write it down as concrete as possible and I will share it with the friends within the CARAVAN. Do not call without sense. I will not respond.

Together with this letter I send you the description of the CARAVAN, so you are able to understand it.

I called you and Eylam because I thought I had a personal friendship based on what we did in Dusseldorf. now that you know yourself just as a member of The Caravan, and when there is no any difference between Araz and The Caravan, any thing happens from now, in my view, there is no any difference between different people in The Caravan and its a struggle between me and one Organization which does lobby.
I also told you in Berlin that I think you could stop so many bad things which can happen, even I told you that these bad things are happening with your lovely friends in Oranianplatz, I told you that these people are misusing the position of having the sources like finances and putting asylum seekers out of media work group media, and you replied : these all are rumors and I know my friends for many years.
but now with the protocol of the meeting on 25th in Oranianplatz (Its in the end of this email) and it got sent to the email list of Berlin strike, those bad things I was warning to you, just happened.
even after that email, I wanted to stop myself for taking action with calling to trust worthy people that I knew.but with this email that you published in email list, you (all) lost the last chance for saving the 17 years image of The Caravan and active people like you and Eylam beside those people that they are addicted to alcohol and even beside those that they are secret services which they are in Caravan, will get erased from the political atmosphere.
for me these Positionpapers that you sent me, which are nothing just some PAPERS has no value, because the treatment which I have seen from the faces  of Caravan (your lovely friends like Claudia) in practice in Berlin is the first and last source to know The Caravan. still its really interesting that the protocol of refugee’s meeting has to get sent by Claudia and it seems there is no any asylum seekers which can do it, even the moderator was himself (Claudia) and your silence in front of this, is under a big question mark.

Dear all,

I know it is painful not to answer such a mail especially those who have had the opportunity to deal with Arash but I do not think it is worth answering thos mail.

I don’t know if he is in the internal list but from this mail, I guest he is. I can also guest that the reason he was put in this list was because we thought he was part of us, just like any refugee or migrant should be. But from all his actions, reactions and conspiracies, we now know he is not. Not only from this mail, I have got the opportunity to discuss with him and even tried to work with him but I do not think he is up to the challenge which I or many other activists within the Caravan face.

My proposal:

I think he (and any of his kind) should be removed from this list and any queries which he or any other person from his clique has, should be channeled theough the refugee strike list (administered in Berlin) and if it concerns us, activists of the Caravan, then we will discuss it in the internal list without distraction.
I am a refugee, not because I wanted, it is because I was forced. I will fight all the way to make this status not stick on me.

Let us please not respond to peple who do not want to understand us and ignore them as much as possible. The fight did not begin here and will not end here. Our energy should be put for better things and threats are part of our challenges.

at first these sentences which says: “part of us”, shows how are the views of yours. everything out of you is a little part of you (big us). sorry but we were never part of anything, but the cooperation based on trust, was what we used to do. but this kind of activities can just happen when trust is existed. trust which is not there anymore. when Caravan members use to tell: 1-Before protestmarch in Berlin, Ashkan was told that this action is short term action and we are busy with our long term projects like summer camp in Erfurt(ask Mbolo).2- becase in Erfurt, it was said that : some kids think that they can do this big thing (ask Araz).3-when we were defending OUR project in erfurt meeting in summer camp, and we had to describe for more than 9 hours that bus tour is possible, still some people were laughing at us because they did it before and it didnt work, because it was a dream and we had to forget about it! (ask Osaren). 4-because in the meeting of protest march in the night in erfurt, some people used to say: this Project has 3 sides, asylum seekers, Autonomos activists and The Caravan.(ask Claudia).5- in 7 meetings of organizing the whole project, Caravan was in just two of them, even one of them was a meeting to just tell us its impossible. funny is caravan was not in any meeting of organizing the bus tour but now, some people are telling everybody that it got organized by caravan(check what got published by the tent of Berlin before protest march in TAZ  and even check the protocl of oranianplatz which is saying it).6- we tried to collect money, all of the tents were spreading the call out of the donation help, and we asked all of those people who wanted to give us cash, to send the money to caravan account, now rumors about we stole money from account is coming and finances, just because its in caravan account, now is called: Caravan money(review all discussions about finances and hear what financial work group of berlin says!).7-in the meeting 26 August in erfurt, caravan members were saying that they are happy that a leader like Osaren is with us, and no one criticized(ask Osaren) and all of you criticizing us that we are leaders.8-we trusted to give all accesses to informations.the general passwords of website was in the hand of Caravan members but finally Arash got fired from the media workgroup meeting and none of us still have the password of it(ask Claudia).finances and media were two heart of the protest.9-….. .how many do you want us to count for you?

of course you have to ignore us, becuase in Berlin, in front of police station, some one said that those refugees who dont want to work with our structure, is better to stay in their camps until they learn how to fight(ask eylam). of course you have to ignore us because in big Berlin, the fixed structure of berlin tent which announced itself as a Caravan tent, have a mailing list with 80 mails (no more people are insider). of course you have to ignore us because there is a structure which everyone has to allow it because some people are doing it for more than 17 years.

Wir kämpfen für die Verwirklichung einer auf Gerechtigkeit und Freiheit basierten Welt

Wir, die streikenden und protestierenden Flüchtlinge in Deutschland, die einen 6-monatigen Kampf hinter sich haben, und uns aktuell in einem Protestmarsch von mehreren Hundert Kilometern befinden, geben bekannt:
1- Wir werden Abschiebungen abschaffen, weil wir überzeugt sind, dass der Lebensort eines Menschen allein auf seinem individuellen Willen und  seiner individuellen Entscheidung beruht und nicht auf die politisch-wirtschaftlichen Verhältnisse der Mächte, die Freiheit und Gerechtigkeit in ihren internationalen Schaufenster täglich zur Schau stellen.
2- Wir durchbrachen den eingekreisten Bewegungsradius der Residenzpflicht und unterlassen keine Tat, um ihn praktisch abzuschaffen, weil wir überzeugt sind, dass Bewegungsfreiheit eine der elementarsten Menschenrechte ist.
3- Wir verweigern das erzwungene Leben in den Isolationslagern für Flüchtlinge und die Philosophie einer solchen elenden Erfindung. Das erzwungene Leben in den Isolationslagern gleicht Folter. Wir können nicht mehr Zeuge der tragischen Folgen vom Leben der Menschen in solchen Unterkünften sein.

Wir setzen einen Endpunkt hinter Unterdrückung und deutlicher Ungleichheit.

Heute ist wieder ein beschämender und schändlicher Tag für die Politiker_innen Deutschlands. Am Dienstag, den 18.9.2012 flog ein weiteres Flugzeug vom Düsseldorfer Flughafen ab, um unter Ausschluss  von Presse und Öffentlichkeit Menschen gegen ihren Willen und ihre Entscheidung zu einem anderen Ort zu bringen. Es geschah eine weitere Massenabschiebung, die wiedermal allen zeigt, dass die Politik auf den Gängen deutscher Parlamente durch politisch-wirtschaftliche Absprachen der Mächtigen entschieden wird und die Trennung von Menschen in „Ausländer_innen“ und „Inländer_innen“ , in „Bürger_innen“ und „Nicht-Bürger_innen“ nach wie vor das Herzstück des politischen Handelns der Politiker_innen bildet. Deshalb sind ihre inhaltlosen Parolen von Gerechtigkeit und Freiheit in internationalen Versammlungen für uns unerträglich anzuhören.
Nein, dies ist kein Ersuchen. Wir hegen keine Hoffnung, von euch Politiker_innen, von euren geschlossenen Augen und tauben Ohren gesehen oder gehört zu werden. Im Gegenteil diese paar Zeilen sind die Bekanntgabe des aufrechten Willens der Flüchtlinge, die nicht mehr willig sind, mittels unmenschlichen Gesetzen vernichtet zu werden. Die Realisierung der obigen drei Paragraphen soll keine Gnade aus Menschenliebe, sondern ein Muss der menschlichen Gesellschaften im einundzwanzigsten Jahrhundert sein. Wir brachten alles, was wir hatten in einem sechsmonatigem Kampf auf die Straße, um dies zu veranschaulichen.
Auf die Straße weil dies der Ort ist, an dem sich unterdrückte Körper zusammenschliessen um sich Freiheit und Gerechtigkeit selbst wieder anzueignen, denn Politik gehört den Menschen selbst und nicht Politiker_innen. Wir, die protestierenden und streikenden Flüchtlinge werden die  Abschiebungen abschaffen und lassen nicht zu, dass Flüchtlinge durch die deutsche Regierung in ein ungewisses Schicksal geschickt werden. Um den dunklen Schatten von Abschiebung und Exil aus unseren Alpträumen loszuwerden, gibt es keinen anderen Weg als den bedingungslosen Kampf.

Das Koordinationskomitee der streikenden und protestierenden Flüchtlinge in Deutschland

 We are struggling for a world that is based upon freedom and equality
We, the striking and protesting asylum seekers in Germany, that have been protesting for six months and are now marching for hundreds of Kilometers in order to achieve our legitimate demands announce that:
1. We will abolish the deportation law, since we believe that the location of residence of every human being is solely determined by his/her own decision and not by the political and economic relationships of powers that showcase freedom and equality in their international display windows.
2. We have broken the limited traveling range (Resindezpflicht) law and we will take any necessary step to abolish it altogether, since we believe that the freedom of movement and travel is one of the most basic rights of every human being.
3. We will abolish the obligatory lodging of the refugees in camps (lagerpflicht) and we will completely remove the very philosophy that endorses such a horrible invention because obligation of living in camps is a clear instance of torturing and we can no more tolerate the catastrophic consequences that ensue from such a life.

We will put an end to such an obvious oppression and inequality.
Today, another shameful moment has occurred in German politics. On 18/09/2012 an airplane took off from Düsseldorf and in the absence of media and the public and with the travelers of the airplane itself being unaware of what was happening, carried human beings to another location against their own will. Yet another mass deportation did happen to prove to everybody that within the corridors of German parliament, the politics is channeled through the political and economic relationships of powers and that the dualities such as native/foreigner and citizen/non-citizen still form the palpitating heart of those politicians that today their loud but empty slogans in international communities has frustrated everyone.
No this is not a request, since we are not hoping to be seen and heard by the closed eyes and ears of you politicians. These lines are instead an announcement of the strong determination of the asylum seekers who do not want to be crushed by the inhumane laws anymore. Realization of the above three demands is not a favor done out of kindness but is a MUST for the human-kind society of the 21st century and it is to bring about this MUST that since six months ago we have brought all we have to the streets, the streets where the bodies of the oppressed join and unite so that the freedom and equality is returned to the real owners of the politics, the people themselves.
We, the striking and protesting asylum seekers in Germany will abolish the deportation and will not allow the lives of refugees to be sent towards an unknown destiny by the German government. We will remove the grim shadow of deportation and exile from our nightmares and towards this end we will pursue nothing but a full-blown struggle.

برای تحقق جهانی مبتنی بر برابری و آزادی مبارزه می کنیم

ما پناهجویان اعتصابی و معترض در آلمان، که مبارزه ای شش ماهه را به پیش برده و اکنون برای تحقق مطالبات به حقمان در حال پیمودن راهی چند صد کیلومتری هستیم اعلام می داریم:

1-اخراج قانونی(دیپورت) را لغو خواهیم نمود چرا که معتقدیم محل زندگی هر انسانی، صرفا به تصمیم و اراده فردی متکی است و نه مناسبات سیاسی- اقتصادی قدرت هایی که آزادی و برابری را در ویترین های بین المللی خود به نمایش گذاشته اند.
2-محدوده تردد را در هم شکسته ایم و برای برداشتن آن از هیچ حرکتی دریغ نخواهیم کرد زیرا که باور داریم آزادی تردد، جزء اولیه ترین حقوق هر انسانی است
3-زندگی اجباری در کمپ های پناهحویی و اساسا فلسفه چنین اختراع نکبت باری را از جامعه انسانی برای همیشه خواهیم زدود چرا که زندگی اجباری در آنها مصداق بارز شکنجه است و دیگر توان مشاهده عواقب مصیبت بار زندگی انسان ها در چنین مکان هایی را نداریم.

بر ستم و نابرابری چنین عریان، نقطه پایانی خواهیم گذاشت

امروز ننگی دیگر برای سیاست مداران کشور آلمان رقم خورد.سه شنبه 18.09.2012 هواپیمایی دیگر از فرودگاه دوسلدورف آلمان بلند شد تا در غیاب رسانه ها و افکار عمومی، در بی خبری محض حتی مسافران این پرواز، انسان هایی را برخلاف تصمیم و اراده خود به مکان دیگری منتقل کند.یک اخراج دست جمعی دیگر انجام شد تا به همگان ثابت شود که سیاست در میان راهروهای پارلمان آلمان از مجرای داد و ستد های سیاسی-اقتصادی قدرتمداران می گذرد و دوگانه های خارجی/داخلی، شهروند/ناشهروند همچنان قلب تپنده سیاست ورزی سیاست مدارانی است که امروز، شعارهای توخالی شان در مجامع بین المللی روان همگان را ساییده است.

نه این یک درخواست نیست، که امیدی به دیده و شنیده شدن توسط چشم ها و گوش های بسته شما سیاست مداران نداریم.بلکه این چند خط، اعلام اراده استوار پناهجویانی است که دیگر نمی خواهند به دست قوانین ضد انسانی نابود شوند.تحقق بندهای سه گانه فوق نه یک لطف از سر مهربانی که بایدِ جوامع انسانی قرن بیست و یکم است و برای عینیت بخشیدن به چنین بایدی، همه چیزمان را در مبارزه ای شش ماهه به عرصه خیابان آورده ایم.خیابان که محل پیوند خوردن بدن های ستمدیده برای بازگرداندن آزادی و برابری به صاحبان سیاست،همان مردم است.
ما پناهجویان اعتصابی و معترض آلمان اخراج قانونی(دیپورت) را لغو خواهیم کرد و نخواهیم گذاشت پناهجویان توسط دولت آلمان به کام سرنوشتی نا معلوم روانه شوند. سایه شوم اخراج و تبعید را از کابوس های شبانه خود برخواهیم داشت و در این راه، چیزی جز یک مبارزه تمام عیار جاری نخواهد بود.

Einer der Aktivisten aus dem Fluechtlingskommitee:  “Wir rufen alle Flüchtlinge auf, die wie wir diese unmenschlichen   Lebensbedingungen nicht mehr ertragen und auf verschiedenste Art dagegen  gekämpft haben, sich uns anzuschließen.”

 

Die Asylbewerber_innenproteste begannen am 19. März 2012 in Würzburg und haben

Asylbewerber_innen in vielen anderen Städten dazu inspiriert, ebenfalls

aufzustehen. Nun, 5 Monate später, befindet sich die Bewegung auf “einem

weiteren Schritt gegen all die Gesetze, die uns nicht als Menschen

respektieren”. Dazu startete vergangenen Samstag ein Demonstrationszug

der von Würzburg ausgehend auf einer 600km langen Route nach Berlin

laeuft, parallel dazu fährt eine Bus-Route auch über Bonn und andere Staedte in Hessen, Nordrheinwestfalen, Niedersachsen und Sachsenanhalt.

 

Interessierte Menschen sind eingeladen, am 14.09. um 18 Uhr an der

Kundgebung auf dem Kaiserplatz teilzunehmen und gemeinsam für das Ende der Entrechtung von Fluechtlingen zu demonstrieren.

 

Seit der gestrigen Station in Kassel sind 5 weitere Fluechtlinge im Bus, die an einem Teil der Bustour teilnehmen werden. Heute, am 13.9. faehrt der Bus nach Koeln um weitere Lager zu besuchen und um 18 Uhr an einer Infoveranstaltung fuer Fluechtlinge und andere Aktivist_innen teilzunehmen.

Humane living conditions and legal equality for refugees: Demonstration of the refugees on strike in Germany on Friday, 14^th of September at 6 pm, Kaiserplatz, Bonn

 

 

Refugees call out for participation at a demonstration for the abolition of Residenzpflicht (obligatory residence), closure of refugee camps, the end of exclusion through the state and against deportation. “To reach freedom, humans can not stay in line, but have to break through it.”

 

One of the activists from the committee of refugees:  “We call out to all refugees, who can not take the inhumane living conditions and have fought against it in different ways, to join us.”

 

The protests of asylum seekers and refugees started on the 19^th of march 2012 in Wuerzburg and have inspired many others in other towns and cities to rise up as well. Now, 5 months later, the movement is taking “another step against all the laws that do not respect us as human beings.”

 

For this, last Saturday a protest march started from Wuerzburg to make a 600 kilometer route to Berlin by foot, at the same time a bus route started in Wuerzburg. It places in Hessen, Nordrheinwestfalen, Niedersachsen and Sachsen/Anhalt and stops in Bonn tomorrow.

 

Every one interested is invited to take part in the demonstration at Kaiserplatz in Bonn on the 14^th of September and protest together against the disrespect of refugees rights.

 

Since yesterday, when the bus stopped in Kassel, 5 other refugees have joined the bus to participate in a part of the Bustour. Today, on the 13^th of September, the bus will go to Cologne to go to more refugee camps. At 6 pm there will be an infonight for refugees and other activists.

Am 10.9.2012 hielt der Bus vom Refugee Protest to Berlin mittags in der Fluechtlingsunterkunft in Ruesselsheim (Hessen). Ein Angestellter gab vor, die Polizei zu rufen, um den Kontakt mit den dort lebenden Menschen zu verhindern. Trotzdem konnten einige Gespraeche stattfinden.
Um 17 Uhr fand eine Demonstration gegen Abschiebungen am Frankfurter Flughafen statt. Teilnehmende waren unter anderem das Aktionsbuendnis gegen Abschiebungen, Anti Lager und die Personen aus dem Bus. Durch die Aktion wurde besonders auf die Kooperation der Fluggesellschaft Lufthansa bei staatlichen Abschiebungen und den Protest der in Deutschland lebenden Gefluechteten aufmerksam gemacht.
Danach fuhr der Bus nach Wiesbaden und Mainz weiter, um heute, am 11.9. weitere Fluechtlingsunterkuenfte zu besuchen und um 16 Uhr am Neubrunnenplatz in Mainz an einer Kundgebung teilzunehmen, die von einem Buendnis lokaler Aktivist_innen in Solidaritaet mit dem Protest der Fluechtlinge nach Berlin veranstaltet wird. Die Versammlung fand in der Form einer offenen Diskussion statt und begann mit einer Einführung des Busteams über die Anfänge der Proteste. Anschließend wurden genauere Fragen der Teilnehmer_innen zur aktuellen Situation des Protests der Geflüchteten beantwortet.
Am Ende wurde die Versammlung durch eine Spontandemonstration mit etwa 30 Personen beendet, die ihre Solidarität mit den Aktionen der Geflüchteten zeigten und gegen Asylgesetzgebung demonstrierten.
Heute, am 12.9., wird der Bus weiter nach Kassel fahren.

On the 10th of September 2012 the bus of the Refugee Protest to Berlin stopped at a refugee camp in Ruesselsheim (Hessen) during the day. An employee pretended to call the police to stop the protesters of the bus from getting in contact with people living there. It was still possible to have some conversations.
At 5 pm a demonstration against deportation was held at the Frankfurt airport. Participants were among others the Aktionsbuendnis against deportation, Anti Lager and people from the bus.
The action stressed especially the cooperation of the airline Lufthansa with state deportations.
After that the bus went on to Wiesbaden and Mainz and stops today, the 11th of September, at more refugee camps. The bus attends a gathering at 4 pm at the Neubrunnenplatz in Mainz, that is organized by an alliance of local activists in solidarity with the protest of refugees.
The gathering was an open discussion and started with an introduction of the busteam about the beginnings of the protest. It continued with answering more detailed questions of local attendants on what is happening now in the refugee´s struggle.
In the end the gathering was turned into a spontaneous demonstration where around 30 people showed solidarity with the action done by refugees and protested against asylum laws.

The bus will move on to Kassel today, 12th of September.

اتوبوس پناهجویان معترض به سمت برلین، 10 سپتامبر 2012 در طول روز به کمپ پناهجویی در رسل هایم (هسن) رفت. کارمند آنجا وانمود کرد که برای متوقف کردن معترضان اتوبوس برای ارتباط
برقرار کردن با پناهجویان، به پلیس زنگ خواهد زد. اما گفتگو کردن با پناهجویان در این شرایط هم ممکن بود/
ساعت 5 بعد از ظهر، تجمعی علیه دیپورت در فرودگاه فرانکفورت برگزار شد. شرکت کنندگان، علاوه بر افراد اتوبوس، گروه های آکسیون بوندنیس علیه دیپورت، ضد کمپ پناهجویی را در بر می گرفت.
این آکسیون به صورت خاص به همکاری هواپیمایی لوفتانزا با دیپورت های دولتی اعتراض کرد.
بعد از این تجمع اعتراضی، اتوبوس به وایزبادن و ماینز رفت و امروز، 11 سپتامبر به کمپ های پناهجویی بیشتری سرزد. اتوبوس، ساعت 4 در تجمعی دیگر در نویبرونن پلاتز در ماینز شرکت کرد، تجمعی که توسط مجموعه ای از فعالان محلی در اعلام همبستگی با مبارزات پناهجویان برنامه ریزی شده بود.تجمع با توضیحاتی از سوی تیم اتوبوسی راهپیمایی تا برلین درباره روند شکل گیری اعتراضات آغاز شد و و با پرسش و پاسخ درباره حرکت کنونی پناهجویان ادامه پیدا کرد.در انتها تجمع به تظاهراتی خودجوش و بدون ثبت قانونی بدل شد و تظاهرات کنندگان ضمن همبستگی با حرکت اعتراضی پناهجویان، به قوانین ضد انسانی پناهندگی اعتراض کردند.
اتوبوس فردا، 12 سپتامبر، به کاسل خواهد رفت.

Sonntag, 9. September, begann die Busgruppe „Protest nach Berlin“ die Aktivitäten in Frankfurt. Es gab zwei Versammlungen um Asylbewerber_innen und lokale Aktivist_innen zu  informieren und generell organisierte Aktivitäten zu diskutieren, um die Forderungen der Immigrant_innen und Asylbewerber_innen zu verwirklichen.

Die Diskussion mit Asylbewerber_innen wird morgen weitergehen. Um 17 Uhr wird das Team zusammen mit lokalen Aktivist_innen einen Protest gegen unmenschliche Abschiebungen am Frankfurter Flughafen abhalten. Abschließend fährt das Busteam von Frankfurt nach Wiesbaden.

یکشنبه مورخ 9 سپتامبر، تیم اتوبوسی “حرکت اعتراضی تا برلین” در شهر فرانکفورت فعالیت خود را آغاز کرد.جلساتی برای اطلاع رسانی و دعوت از پناهجویان و فعالین محلی این حوزه برای پیوستن به حرکت اعتراضی پناهجویان و به صورت کلی، فعالیت شبکه ای سازمانیافته برای تحقق مطالبات پناهجویان و مهاجران برگزار شد.
جلسه گفتگو با پناهجویان فردا ادامه نیز ادامه خواهد یافت و پس از آن تیم به همراه گروه های فعال محلی،ساعت 5 بعد از پهر، تظاهراتی در  فرودگاه فرانکفورت بر علیه اخراج غیر انسانی( دیپورت) انجام خواهد شد و تیم اتوبوسی فرانکفورت را به مقصد ویسبادن ترک خواهد کرد.

Sunday, September 9th, the bus group of “Protest to Berlin” started its process in Frankfurt. There have been two assemblies to inform  asylum seekers and local activists about how  to join the protest of asylum seekers and in general discussing  the organized activity of meeting the demands of asylum seekers and immigrants.

The debate with asylum seekers will continue tomorrow and at 5pm, the team accompanied by local activists, will hold a protest in Frankfurt airport against the non-human deportations and the bus group will head from Frankfurt to Wisbaden.

Die erste Pressemitteilung “Protestmarsch Richtung Berlin”

Die Protestbewegung der Flüchtlinge von Würzburg nach Berlin hat begonnen.

Gemäß Plan des Organisationskomitees versammelten sich am 8. September 2012 Flüchtlinge, begleitet durch Protestierende aus ganz Deutschland, am Zelt der Asylsuchenden in Würzburg und starteten ihre Protestdemonstration. 

Die TeilnehmerInnen (über 400 Personen) riefen ihre Parolen, wie „Kein Mensch ist illegal“ , „Stoppt die Abschiebung“, „Schafft den eingeschränkten Bewegungsradius ab“. Sie liefen ihren Weg entlang der von der „Logistikgruppe“ vordefinierten Strecke stadtauswärts. 

Die aktive Teilnahme von DemonstrantInnen und Presse entlang der Demonstrationsstrecke verhinderte jede Einmischung der Polizei oder die Festnahme der Flüchtlinge, die sich außerhalb des erlaubten Bewegungsradius ihres Asylheimes befanden. Die Demonstration endete am „Real“-Parkplatz der Stadt Würzburg. 

Mit dem Ende der Demonstration startete der Fußmarsch Richtung Berlin. Eine Gruppe aus 70 Personen, bestehend aus protestierenden Flüchtlingen und Aktivisten im Bereich Asyl, machte sich auf den Weg Richtung Dippach, 24 Kilometer hinter Würzburg. Eine zweite Gruppe startete die „Bus-Route“ und wird an diesem ersten Tag die Strecke Würzburg–Frankfurt zurücklegen.

“The first press announce of the protest march towards Berlin”

The protest march of asylum seekers towards Berlin has started.

According to the schedule, announced by the coordinating committer, September 8th 2012, the asylum seekers accompanied by protesters of all over Germany, have gathered in Wurtzburg, where the tent holds and started their protest. The participants, over 400 people chanting “No Human is Illegal”, “Stop Deportations!” and “Remove the Pflichtkreis” and continued

the path defined by the logistic heading outside the city. It’s well to be

said that the bright presence of protesters and media stopped the police arresting any of the asylum seekers, out of the legal area in which they are officially “allowed” to travel. The protest ended in “Real Park Platz” in Wurtsburg.

At the end of the protest, the march entered the executive phase and a group of 70 people, including the asylum seekers and the refugee-related activists, started the march towards “Bitbach” , 24 kilometers away from Wurtsburg; Another group of 70 people will head from Wurtsburg to Frankfurt by bus.

اولین اطلاعیه مطبوعاتی “راه پیمایی اعتراضی به سمت برلین“

حرکت اعتراضی پناهحویان از ورتسبورگ به سمت برلین آغاز شد.

طبق برنامه اعلام شده توسط کمیته هماهنگی، روز 8 سپتامبر 2012، پناهجویان به همراه معترضان از سراسر آلمان در محل اسقرار چادر شهر ورتسبورگ گرد هم آمدند و تظاهرات اعتراضی خود را آغاز کردند.جمعیت حاضر در تظاهرات که تعدادشان به بیش از 400 نفر می رسید، شعاری هایی نظیر “هیچ انسانی غیر قانونی نیست” ، “دیپورت را متوقف کنید!” محدوده تردد را برچینید” سر دادند و در مسیر طراحی شده توسط کارگروه لجستیک که به سمت خروجی شهر هدایت می شد، راه خود را ادامه می دادند.گفتنی است حضور فعال معترضان و رسانه ها در مسیر تظاهرات، مانع از هرگونه اقدام از طرف پلیس به منظور بازداشت پناهجویانی که از محدوده تردد خود خارج شده بودند گشت و تظاهرات در انتها، در “رئال پارک پلاتز” شهر ورتسبورگ به پایان رسید.

با اتمام تظاهرات ، راهپیمایی به سمت برلین وارد فاز اجرایی خود شد.یک گروه هفتاد نفره متشکل از پناهجویان معترض و فعالین حوزه پناهجویی مسیر پیاده روی را به سمت شهر بیتباخ به فاصله 24 کیلومتری از شهر ورتسبورگ اغاز نموده است و گروه دیگر مسیر اتوبوسی را شروع کرده و فاصله شهرورتسبورگ–فرانکفورت را در این روز خواهد پیمود.

Der Tag, um uns von den Ketten um uns herum zu befreien, ist gekommen. Nach Wochen und Monaten des Kampfes und des Widerstands in unseren Städten und nachdem wir uns unserem Ziel genähert haben, die Flüchtlinge zu organisieren, die zweifellos die einzigen sind, die die Unmenschlichkeit ihnen gegenüber ändern können, ist der vereinende Tag gekommen; der Tag, der uns alle, Hand in Hand, zur nächsten Stufe führt. Der Tag, an dem wir mit unseren verzweifelten Körpern unsere Bewegung von Würzburg – dem Ort, der mit seinem Widerstand von sechs Monaten der Anführer in der Flüchtlingsgeschichte ist– zur nächsten Stufe nach Berlin – der deutschen Hauptstadt und dem Ort, von dem alle unmenschlichen Gesetze und Regulierungen herkommen, wo sie geschrieben und umgesetzt werden – bringen. Wir beginnen diese Reise, um uns selbst, den restlichen Asylsuchenden, den Bürgern und der Regierung selbst zu beweisen, dass unsere unterdrückten Körper gemeinsam die Macht haben, uns zu unseren Rechten zu führen.
Mit jedem einzelnen Schritt, den wir auf den Boden setzen, werden wir nicht nur unsere Missachtung für ein Stück Papier zeigen, dass die Grenzen, die wir übertreten können, einschränkt, sondern indem wir diese Vorschrift ignorieren, werden wir jeden daran erinnern, dass nicht alles, was geschrieben und als Gesetz beschlossen wurde, notwendigerweise etwas Gutes ist; wir werden mit unseren zahllosen Stimmen herausschreien, dass unmenschliche Gesetze und Regulierungen, deren einziger Zweck es ist, Menschen zu trennen indem man sie unterschiedlich klassifiziert, nur zu Gunsten der Regierungen beschlossen werden und nicht um Menschen gleiche Rechte zu geben.
Heute werden wir vereint und Hand in Hand so durch die Grenzen des Staates laufen, dass wir die Welt aus ihrem Schlaf von hunderten von Jahren aufwecken und dass wir der tauben und ignoranten Regierung keine andere Möglichkeit lassen, als die Rechte der Asylbewerber zu berücksichtigen und anzuerkennen.
Wir verlassen die festgesetzten Grenzen und die für uns gebauten Käfige, da wir glauben, dass das Konzept, in Asylbewerberheimen zu leben, ungerecht ist. Wir überschreiten diese Grenzen, da wir glauben, dass diese Freiheit das kleinste Recht jedes Menschen ist, und wir werden uns gegen das Abschiebegesetz der Regierung widersetzen, denn diese Gesetze sind nur dazu da, der Regierung finanziell und politisch zu dienen.
Es ist das Recht eines jeden Menschen, zu wählen, wo er lebt. Wir, stärker denn je und Schulter an Schulter, tun alles in unserer Macht stehende, um diesen Traum zu erreichen, und werden mit der Unterstützung anderer Asylsuchender in Berlin die Erfüllung unserer Rechte miterleben.

The day to free ourselves from the bounded chains around us has come. Following weeks and months of combat and resistance in our cities and approaching our goal of organizing those refugees whom are without a doubt their only means of changing the shadow of inhumanity upon themselves, the uniting day has arrived; the day that leads us all, hand in hand, to the next level. The day that we with our distressed bodies are taking our movement from Würzburg –the place where its resistance of six months is the leader in the refuge’s history- to the next level in Berlin -the German capital and the same place that all of the anti-human laws and regulation are originated, written and practiced-. We are starting this journey to prove it to ourselves, to the rest of the asylum seekers, to the civilians and to the government itself that our oppressed bodies next to each other has the power of leading us to our rights.
By placing our each step on the ground, we will not only show our disrespect for a piece of paper that restricts the borders we can enter, but also by ignoring that we will remind everyone that everything that is written and passed as a law is not necessarily a good thing; to shout out our countless voices that anti-human laws and regulations that their only purpose is nothing but separating humans by ranking them differently, are passed in favour of the governments and not to make humans equal in their rights.
Today united and hand in hand, we will walk through the state’s boundaries in such a way to awaken a world from its sleep of hundreds of years and to leave no option for the deaf and the ignorant government but considering and approving the asylum seeker’s rights.
We are leaving the set boundaries and cages set for us because we believe that the concepts of living in asylum seeker camps are unfair. We are passing these boundaries because we believe that this freedom is the smallest right of every human being and we will resist against the deportation law set by the government because these laws are there only to favour the government financially and politically.
This is every human being’s right to choose where to live. We, stronger than ever and shoulder by shoulder are doing everything in our power to reach this dream and with the support of similar asylum seekers in Berlin are going to witness the comply with our rights.

روز گسستن از زنجیرهای پیچیده بر وجودمان فرا رسید.پس از هفته ها و ماه ها مبارزه و مقاومت در شهرهایمان و تلاش برای سازمانیابی پناهجویانی که بی شک تنها سوژه های تغییر شرایط غیر انسانی حاکم بر زندگی خود می باشند، روزی فرا رسید که همه ما متحد با هم،مبارزه تمام عیار خود را به مرحله دیگری می بریم.روزی که با بدن های ستم دیده خود از ورتسبورگ، که مقاومت شش ماهه اش در تاریخ مبارزات پناهجویی طلایه دار است، به برلین، پایتخت آلمان، همان جایی که چنین قوانین ضد انسانی به تصویب رسیده و می رسد رویم تا به خود، به پناهجویان، به مردم و به قدرت بار دیگر ثابت کنیم که بدن های ستمدیده مان در کنار هم، مطالبات به حق مان را محقق خواهد کرد. با هر بار کوبیدن پاهایمان بر زمین نشان خواهیم داد که نه تنها به ورق پاره ای به نام محدوده تردد احترام نخواهیم گذاشت، بلکه با شکستن آن به همگان یاد آور شویم که هر آنچه قانون است، لزوما خوب هم نیست.تا به وسعت حنجره های بیشمارمان فریاد بزنیم که قوانین ضد انسانی که دستاوردشان چیزی جز درجه بندی انسان ها نیست، بر منافع قدرت ها استوار است تا آزادی و برابری مردم.
امروز متحد با هم، چنان پای بر زمین می کوبیم و مرزهای ایالتی را در می نوردیم که جهانی را از خواب چند صد ساله اش بیدار کنیم و برای حاکمیت کر شده، راهی جز گردن نهادن به خواسته های بر حق پناهجویان باقی نگذاریم.
از زندان های خود خارج شده ایم چرا که ماهیت وجودی کمپ های پناهجویی و زندگی اجباری در آنها را برنتافته ایم، مرزهای موهوم را بر هم زده ایم چرا که تردد آزاد را حق هر انسانی می دانیم و علیه اخراج قانونی(دیپورت) مبارزه می کنیم چرا که منافع سیاسی/اقتصادی قدرت ها آن را رقم می زند و انتخاب محل زندگی را فقط وابسته به اختیار انسان می شناسیم
قدرتمند تر از همیشه، شانه به شانه یکدیگر این راه را آسان می کنیم و در برلین به پشتوانه پناهجویانی همچون خود، مطالبات بر حق پناهحویان را محقق خواهیم نمود.

Diese Verhaftung kurz vor dem Begin des Protestmarsches ist eine klare Schikane und muss als Versuch gelesen werden den Protest von Seiten der Behörden zu unterdrücken.Das Koordinationskomitee der protestierenden Flüchtlinge verurteilt die Verhaftung von Arash Dust Hossein und erklärt hiermit das wir alle die Residenzpflicht nicht anerkennen und Seite an Seite gemeinsam mit Arash kämpfen werden bis diese unmenschliche Gesetz abgeschafft ist.
Einige der streikenden Flüchtlinge befinden sich ab sofort im Hungerstreik bis Arash Dust Hossein freigelassen wird.

Arash Dust Hossein, one of the first striking refugees, has been arrested by the Würzburg police on Wednesday 05.09.2012. Arash has been protesting on the street since March 19th, including long periods on hunger strike. Now he is being accused of breaking the “Residenzpflicht” law (restriction of movement ). While Arash has technically been breaking this law since March 2012, there is reason to believe his arrest, shortly before the refugees march begins, is in fact an attempt by the authorities to hinder the protest. For the time being, Arash has been transferred to the police station on Augusting street in Würzburg.

The coordinating committee of the Striking Asylum Seekers in Germany is announcing that they do not acknowledge the Residenzpflicht law, and call to abolish it. The committee will fight till the end, side by side with our striking comrade Arash. The shameful arrest of Arash Dust Hossein proves nothing but the continuing persecution of asylum seekers by the authorities; therefore the coordinating committee announces that from now on, some Striking Asylum Seekers are going on hunger strike, demanding the immediate release of Arash Dust Hossein.

روز چهارشنبه مورخ 5.9.2012، آرش دوست حسین پناهجوی معترض که از تاریخ 19 مارس برای مبارزه با قوانین ضد انسانی دست به اعتصاب زده است،به دلیل ترک محدوده تردد خود و حضور در شهر ورتسبورگ، توسط پلیس این شهر بازداشت شد.در اولین ساعات امروز پلیس محلی ورتسبورگ با مراجعه به چادر اعتراضی وی را به دلیل نقض قانون محدوده تردد، که اساسا وی از تاریخ 19 مارس این قانون را به رسمیت نشناخته و با پیوستن به اعتصاب 19 مارس شهر ورتسبورگ متن آن را زیر پا نهاده است،بازداشت و به ایستگاه پلیس در خیابان آگوستین شهر ورتسبورگ منتقل کرد.

کمیته هماهنگی اعتصابات پناهجویان اعلام می دارد که همچون آرش دوست حسین محدوده تردد را به رسمیت نشناخته و نمی شناسد و برای برداشتن ورق پاره ای به نام محدوده تردد تا آخرین لحظه در کنار هم سنگر خود مبارزه خواهد کرد.بازداشت شرم آور آرش دوست حسین بیانگر هیچ چیز جز جاری بودن یک مبارزه تمام عیار میان پناهجویان اعتصابی و حاکمیت نیست ، به همین منظور، کمیته هماهنگی اعتصابات پناهجویان اعلام می کند که جمیع پناهجویان اعتصابی در آلمان از همین لحظه وارد اعتصاب غذای خشک شده و تا آزادی بی قید شرط آرش دوست حسین، اعتصاب خود را نخواهند شکست.

Wir ertragen es nicht mehr. Wir wollen nicht mehr schweigen. 

Seit fast 6 Monaten kämpfen wir mit all unserer Kraft gegen die unmenschlichen Asylgesetze. Und wir setzen unseren Kampf fort. In den vergangenen Monaten wurden wir oft bedroht, doch das bestätigte uns nur umso mehr in unserem Anliegen. Auch Strafen brachten uns nicht von unserem Weg ab. Wir haben niemals mit denen verhandelt, die nicht ehrlich waren, als sie uns blumige Versprechungen gemacht haben.

Ja, wir erheben uns für unsere Rechte, stark trotz einer langen Geschichte von Unterdrückung und Ungleichheit. Und wir verkünden laut, dass wir diese uralten Spielregeln mit unserer nicht-westlichen Lebenseinstellung und unserer Willenskraft brechen werden.

Wir haben gekämpft, hässliche Gesichter hinter Masken entdeckt, falsche Versprechungen gehört.

Wir, ja, wir sind die Überlebenden von Ungerechtigkeit, Diskriminierung, Armut, Unterdrückung, Kolonialismus und Imperialismus, und wir werden jetzt die Spielregeln festlegen. Dann wird man  uns anhören und unseren Forderungen entsprechen müssen.

Ihr Flüchtlinge, euer Schweigen bedeutet unseren Tod. 

Ab 8. September werden wir von Würzburg nach Berlin marschieren. Wir werden mit jedem Schritt zeigen, dass wir aus der Isolation ausbrechen und kämpfen werden, bis wir auf unsere berechtigten Forderungen eine Antwort erhalten.

Brecht euer Schweigen. Denn euer Schweigen und eure Passivität bremsen uns aus, die Veränderung liegt in euren Händen. Wenn ihr mit uns kämpft, können wir gemeinsam etwas verändern und eine neue Welt schaffen, die Welt von der wir alle geträumt haben.

Wir erwarten euch am 8. September in Würzburg. Euch, die ihr uns seit Monaten und Jahren am nächsten steht. Wir verbrachten Tag und Nacht, zusammen unter dem Druck unmenschlicher Gesetze, unter den Schmerzen des Exils, fern von unseren Lieben und unserer Heimat. Wir warten auf euch, denn unser Leben ist unter den aktuellen Bedingungen unerträglich geworden und wir müssen etwas ändern.

Wir, die Flüchtlinge aus Würzburg, bitten jeden, der wie wir in dieser brutalen Gesellschaft leben muss und der etwas verändern möchte, am 8. September zu uns zu stoßen, um mit uns aktiv gegen die menschenunwürdigen Asylgesetze vorzugehen.

There’s no more place to stand, no more patience for silence

It has been almost 6 months that we have taken a stand with all our bodies and we have tried hard to change the unjust laws concerning the asylum seekers; we are continuing our struggles. In the past six months, we have been threatened but it just made us more arrogant. We have been fined, but we apathetically continued our ways. We haven’t thought about negotiation with those who do not have truth in mind when they offered us their colorful fake offers.
Yes, we still stand for our rights stronger than the history of oppression and inequality and we loudly proclaim that our non-western minds and our wills, would overcome your ancient game rules.
We have been fighting and we have seen your ugly faces behind your masks and we have heard your empty promises. We, yes we, who are the survivors of injustice, discrimination, poverty, oppression, colonialism and imperialism, will prescribe and set the battle’s rules. Then, you would have no other choice than to listen to us and comply with our demands.

Oh you refugee! Your silence would be our death

On September the 8th we will march, starting from Würzburg (Bayern) to the city of Berlin. We will march to show in each step that we break isolation and we will stand up for our rightful demands until we get an answer.
Don’t be silent; your silence and passivity are the halter for us; change is in your hands. Your presence and struggle would help both of us to make change and create a new world, the outcome will be the world you and I have dreamed.
We are waiting for you on the 8th of September in Würzburg, you who have been the nearest to my heart since many months and years ago. We spent night and days together, submitting to the pressure of inhuman laws, dealing with the pain of exile and being far away from our homes and loved ones. We are waiting for you, as life has become unbearable in the present situation and we have to change that.

We, the asylum seekers of Würzburg, ask all those who are still alive like us in this brutal society and have made a commitment to change the current situation, to join us on September the 8th and actively help us change those inhuman and current laws against refugees.

دیگر جایی به اندازه یک وجب سیمان برای ایستادن، و فرصتی به قدر یک لحظه سکوت برایمان نمانده است

نزدیک به شش ماه است که در مقابل نابرابری های حاکم بر زندگی پناهجویی تمام قد ایستاده ایم و برای تغییر قوانین برسازنده وضع موجود، هر چه در توان داشتیم به عرصه مبارزه آورده ایم و همچنان مصمم به راهمان ادامه می دهیم.در این مسیر شش ماهه تهدیدمان کردند، گستاخ تر شدیم، جریمه کردند، بی تفاوت به راهمان برگشتیم و آنجا که وعده های پر زرق و برقشان را از جیب در می آوردند، ثانیه ای از ذهنمان نگذشت که بر سر اهدافمان، با ناکسان به معامله بنشینیم.
آری ایستاده ایم و به بلندای تاریخ آغشته به ستم و نابرابری، بر سر حاکمیت فریاد می زنیم که: هر چه در توان دارید به میدان مبارزه آورید زیرا که این بار، مغزهای غیرغربی مبارزان، همه قواعد کهنه ی بازیتان را بر هم زده اند.
آری بر هم زده ایم و کثافت انباشته شده بر پشت نقاب های پوشالی و شعارهای توخالی،حال دیگر بر احدی پوشیده نیست. اینبار ما! فقط ما! که از تاریخی سراسر تبعیض، ستم، فقر، استعمار و استثمار جان به در برده ایم، قواعد میدان نبرد را مشخص خواهیم کرد و برای شما، گریزی جز گردن نهادن به خواسته های انسانی ما در کار نخواهد بود.

ای پناهجو! سکوت تو، مرگ هر دوی ماست

هشت سپتامبر 2012 از شهر ورتسبورگ استان بایرن، به سمت شهر برلین پیاده خواهیم رفت. آری پیاده خواهیم رفت تا در هر قدم، قلاده حیوانی جاگرفته در قانون محدوده تردد را پاره پاره کنیم و در برلین، تا روز تحقق مطالبات به حقمان مبارزه را پیش ببریم.
بگذار که در این راه، سکوت و انفعال تو تسمه دیگری بر گردنمان نباشد بلکه حضور و مبارزه ات، راه را بر هر دوی ما هموار کند، راهی که می رود تا تصور من و تو از دنیایی دیگر را عینیت بخشد.
در روز هشت سپتامبر، در شهر ورتسبورگ حضورت را انتظار می کشم. تویی که دیگر ماه ها و یا سالهاست نزدیکترین به من هستی. ماه هاست که با تو روز را شب می کنم و هر دو در کنار یکدیگر، از یکسو فشارهای قوانین غیر انسانی حاکم را و از سوی دیگر وابستگی ها و دلبستگی های تار و مار شده مان نسبت به  خانواده و جامعه مان را تاب می آوریم. حضور تویی را انتظار می کشم که زندگی برای تو و من در شرایط کنونی غیر ممکن شده است و باید که برای تغییرش قدمی برداریم.

ما پناهجویان چادر و آوب ورتسبورگ از همه کسانی که همچون ما، در آخرین لایه این جامعه زنده مانده اند و برای تغییر وضع موجود با خود پیمان بسته اند می خواهیم تا در روز هشتم سپتامبر در شهر ورتسبورگ حضور یابند و مداخله گرانه در حرکتی به قصد تغییر قوانین موجود پناهندگی، مشارکت نمایند.
